Why This one

a few words from me

Are any of You missing cannelloni?.... They taste better than original ones You can trust me. I love canneloni however they often break when I stuff them with filling, maybe it is just me :-)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

for pancakes:

Ingredients:

480grams G/F plain flour,

3 eggs,

1-pint milk (1-pint soya or coconut milk for dairy-free),

100 ml cream (100ml soya or coconut cream for dairy-free).

Mix all together in the bowl, if the mix is to thick add extra milk.

Make about 10-12 thin pancakes.

for filling:

ingredients:

800 grams pork mince 5%,

2 red onions,

3 carrots,

1 egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

THE how to make

INstructions

1.Preheat frying pan with 2 tbsp olive oil,

2.Add chopped onion and grated carrots,

3.Season with salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder.

4.Let them cook for 2-3 minutes to soften.

5.Let vegetables to cool down

6.In the bowl mix pork mince, cooked vegetables and 1 egg.

7.On each pancake spread 3tbsp mince mix,

8.Roll and place in a roasting tray.

9.Once all are done, pour on top 1 passata di Pomodoro, sprinkle a bit of salt, sugar and dry basil.

10.Cover baking tray with thin foil.

11.Bake in 200`C for about 45 minutes.
