a few words from me

Chicken Kiev is a dish made of chicken fillet pounded and rolled around cold butter, then coated with eggs and bread crumbs, and either fried or baked. Stuffed chicken breast is generally known in Russian and Ukrainian cuisines as côtelette de volaille.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:

3 chicken breast

2 eggs

2 tbsp Olive oil spread

1 tsp fresh garlic

200grams G/F breadcrumbs

200 grams G/F flour

200ml milk

pinch of salt, cracked black pepper

small bunch of fresh parsley chopped

THE how to make

INstructions

Garlic butter:

Put in the bowl Olive oil spread, fresh garlic thinly chopped, pinch of salt and pepper mix all together.

Prepare chicken

1.Cut chicken breast in half (butterfly shape) and each breast beat to make them thinner,

2.Spread garlic butter on each breast  

3.Place 3 slices ham on each

4.Roll them up and leave for 15 minutes in the fridge.

Crispy cover

Prepare three plates;

one with G/F flour,

one with egg and milk mixed together

and the last one with G/F breadcrumb.

1. Each roll-up cover with G/F flour,

2.Dip in egg wash and

3.Finish with breadcrumb.

4.Lightly grease  baking tray.

5.Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. First 15 minutes in 200`C and then 190`C.lightly grease  baking tray.
