4 Gluten-free burger buns (Schar),
1 large cauliflower,
2 red onions,
1 tin sweetcorn,
gluten-free sage & onion stuffing mix
salt, cracked black pepper.
1.Roast cauliflower with salt, pepper and garlic powder, if leaves are nice and young use them as well
2.Chop and fry onions on little bit olive oil
3.Add sweetcorn, garlic powder, salt and pepper, fry for 2-3 minutes
4.Roasted cauliflower blend in the blender to small bits, add onion, sweetcorn and G/F stuffing ( amount of breadcrumb is depended on how wet mix is)
6.Bake in the oven for few minutes or griddle them
7.Serve with pickled red cabbage and homemade pesto
8.I have grilled both sides of buns under the grill for a few seconds too so they were crispy.
