ingredients for filling:
425g g/f pumpkin puree
200 ml coconut milk
100 ml cream
100g caster sugar
8-10 drops orange aroma
1. Place pumpkin puree, orange aroma, coconut milk and cream in the pot, set the cooker on the smallest flame, stir it to combine all together.
2. Mix cornflour with 200ml water and add to the pumpkin mix in the pot.
3. Keep stirring until cornflour will cook and your pumpkin filling will get thicker.
4. Place in the tartlet cases while still warm.
5. Decorate as You like and let it settle for a couple of hours.
