The proven and simply the best yoghurt cake recipe that always works. This is a yoghurt cake with fruit that I recommend even to people who rarely bake cakes. I would highly recommend! - perfectly fluffy and moist dough - yoghurt cake that always comes out - it's super simple and stays fresh for a long time - you can bake them with different fruits

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:

200g Greek yoghurt

4 eggs

150g G/F flour

50g Nick`s sugar replacement (normal sugar can be used for non-sugar-free option)

2 tsp baking powder

2-3 peaches or nectarines

THE how to make

INstructions

1. Whisk the whole eggs with the sugar at high speed for about 5 minutes

2. The mass should be light and very fluffy

3. Add Yoghurt and mix again but at low speed

4. Add flour, baking powder and mix again at low speed

5. Transfer the dough to a greased and lined with a paper baking tray

6. Put on top thick peach slices

7. Bake at 180`C for 40 minutes.
