Why This one

a few words from me

These are quite easy and so amazing. After I tried them for the first time I could understand why my husband can eat 6 of them in one go. They are not your regular pasta dough cannelloni, but more of a pancake cannelloni. Strange but believe me, it totally works.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

for pancakes:

480grams G/F plain flour

3 eggs

1-pint milk

100 ml cream

for filling:

500grams pork mince 5%

2 red onions

2 carrots

1 egg

salt,pepper,1/2 tsp garlic powder.

THE how to make

INstructions

1. Mix all ingredients for pancakes together in the bowl, if the mix is too thick add extra milk. Make about 10-12 thin pancakes

2. Preheat frying pan with 2 tbsp olive oil

3. Add chopped onion and grated carrots, season with salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder

4. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes to soften

5. In the bowl mix pork mince, cooked vegetables and 1 egg

6. On each pancake spread 2tbsp mince mix, roll and place in a roasting tray

7. Once all are done, pour on top 1 passata di Pomodoro, sprinkle a bit of salt, sugar and dry basil

8. Cover baking tray with thin foil

9. Bake at 200`C for about 45 minutes
