5-6 Portobello Mushrooms
400ml plant milk
400 grams g/f breadcrumbs
vegetable oil to fry mushrooms
salt, pepper, garlic powder for seasoning
1.Preheat oven on 190`C
2.Peel mushrooms gently from skin
3.Place mushroom in the bowl and season with salt,pepper and garlic powder
2.Prepare two deeper plates, one for plant milk and other for breadcrumbs
3.Put frying pan on stove and reheat oil
4.Deep mushroom in milk on both sides and than cover well with breadcrumbs
5.Place breaded mushroom on hot oil and fry on both sides for short while
6.Remove mushrooms from frying pan and place on baking tray (place baking paper on baking tray)
7.Finish in the oven for 10 minutes
