Why This one

a few words from me

A delicious, easy, relatively quick and cheap dish that everyone likes. Stuffed mushrooms are a great idea for a side dish or a small, independent dish

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

200 g lean minced meat
8 big,flat mushrooms
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
100 g of grated  cheese

THE how to make

INstructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C

2.Finely chop red onion, add a tablespoon of olive oil and fry in the pan for a few minutes, stirring constantly

3.Season with salt and pepper

4.Add finely chopped garlic and parsley

5.Add minced meat

6.Cook for another 2-3 minutes

7.Fill  mushroom caps with stuffing

8.Place on a baking tray and put in the oven

9.Bake for about 15 minutes. 8 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle with grated cheese.
