500grams minced pork
150 grams G/F salami (best thin slices)
1 red onion
3 slices G/F Genius triple seeded bread
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper,
1/2tsp garlic paste
200-gram G/F breadcrumbs
G/F plain flour for coating.
1.Boil 6 eggs, put aside.
2.Chop and fry the red onion on 1 tbsp olive oil.
3.Soak bread in warm water for 20-25 seconds,
4.Place on the strainer and let the excess of water go, you can squeeze gently to help it.
5.In the bowl mix: mincemeat, fried onion, soaked bread,1 egg, thinly chopped salami, salt, pepper and garlic paste.
6.Mix all well.
7.Divide the mix into 6 balls, in each ball place egg in the middle and cover it with meat.
8.Coat them with G/F flour/egg wash (egg & water)/breadcrumb method
9.You can deep fry them or bake in the oven, before baking they should be sprayed with little bit oil.
10.Bake 25-30 minutes in 200`C (depend on the oven).
