500g pork mincemeat
150 g g/f chorizo sausage
1/2 tsp garlic paste or powder
1 passata di Pomodoro
1 red onion
3 tbsp olive oil
few fresh leaves basil.
1.Mix together in the bowl: mincemeat, finely blended chorizo, thinly grated zucchini, an egg, salt, pepper and garlic
2.Form small balls
3.In a large frying pan preheat 3tbsp olive oil
4.Add chopped onion and place meatballs
5.Cook on a small flame for 2-3 minutes
6.Pour passata di Pomodoro add basil leaves
7.Cover the frying pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on a very small flame
8.Serve with pasta, noodles, rice noodles or rice.
