150 gram(1 cup) self-raising G/F flour
180g custard powder
4 tbsp psyllium husk
180gram(3/4 cup) sugar
1 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1.Beat eggs with sugar,
2.Add custard powder,
4.Next add flour, baking powder and oil,
5.Mix everything together.
6.Peel and cut apples and pears into eight`s or chunky pieces if they are in irregular shapes.
7.Transfer dough in baking tray, place (push) apple and pear pieces on the dough,
8.Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 40 minutes in 180`C.
I have finished mine with icing mixed with few drops of yellow food colouring.
