440g g / f self-raising flour
220g almond flour
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 grated lemons skin.
1.Mix in one bowl grated courgettes, lemon skins, eggs and oil
2.And in different bowl flours, baking powder, baking soda, sugar.
3.Combine ingredients from both bowls together
4.Preheat oven to 190`C
5.Bake 40-45 minutes, depends on oven
6.Finish with lemon icing and melted chocolate. ( For dairy-free use dairy-free chocolate )
