1 pack G/F Cross buns,
300 ml milk
50 gram thick brandy cream or double cream.
1.Cut each bun into 3 slices,
2.Spread olive oil spread on each slice. (Butter or other spread can be used as well).
3.Grease baking tray and line with parchment paper
4.Place all slices in rectangle, loaf, baking tray (grease it before and line with parchment paper).
5.Mix eggs with milk and cream,
6.Add to sliced, buttered buns.
7.Let them soak for a few minutes.
8.Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 20 minutes at 190`C or depend on the oven.
9.Serve with custard, cream, chocolate or a combination of all.
