Forest mushrooms 1 kilogram
2 onions
125 grams vegan spread
150 ml plant cream
2 tbsp corn flour
Fine-grain iodized sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried savory
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Mushroom sauce made from forest mushrooms has a unique taste and aroma. Seasoned with savoury marjoram and thyme, its scent will tempt all household members.
You can use this mushroom sauce for:
potato pancakes;
potatoes;
pancakes;
cutlets made of potatoes or other vegetables.
HOW DO YOU PREPARE MUSHROOM SAUCE FROM FOREST MUSHROOMS?
1. Cut the cleaned mushrooms into smaller pieces. Fry the diced onion in butter. Add mushrooms.
2. Stew for about 30 minutes. Undercover. If there is not enough water, add about 0.5 litres and cook for a while
3. Separately, whisk the corn flour in a minimum amount of water,
add plant cream and pour it into the sauce.
4. Season with spices to taste and bring to a boil.
5. Keep stirring until will thicken.
