1 packet pasta penne
2 red and yellow peppers
2 red onions
olive oil, garlic, coarse pepper, dry oregano, basil.
1.Cut all vegetables into chunky strips
2.Mix in the bowl: olive oil, fresh garlic thinly chopped, salt, black pepper, dry oregano and basil
3.Put your vegetables in a baking tray, pour your mix on them, mix all well so they are all seasoned
4.Once they ready mix them with cooked earlier pasta
5.Drizzle with vegan pesto ( you will find the recipe in my ADD ONS post`s).
