Why This one

a few words from me

Stuffed eggplants would be one of my favourite vegetables. In general, I love all kinds of stuffed eggplants, and I cannot agree with the opinion that they are difficult to prepare, tasteless or slimy. The only thing that's right is that they're absorbing oil like crazy, but that's okay, we can handle that too😉

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

2 aubergines

6 ham slices

14 oz mild cheddar cheese

½ bunch basil

1 tbsp garlic paste

3 tbsp + 3 tbsp olive oil

salt & pepper.

THE how to make

INstructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Cut the eggplant in half and make several deep slits in each half.

3. Cut the ham slices in half and cheddar in sticks.

4. Chop basil and mix with olive oil, garlic paste, salt and pepper.

5. Season aubergines with this mix, make sure it will go between slits.

6. Next, stick ham and cheese in the aubergine slits.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes
