6 ham slices
14 oz mild cheddar cheese
½ bunch basil
1 tbsp garlic paste
3 tbsp + 3 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper.
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Cut the eggplant in half and make several deep slits in each half.
3. Cut the ham slices in half and cheddar in sticks.
4. Chop basil and mix with olive oil, garlic paste, salt and pepper.
5. Season aubergines with this mix, make sure it will go between slits.
6. Next, stick ham and cheese in the aubergine slits.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes
