Why This one

a few words from me

Cheesecake with matcha is another version of the well-known and popular cake. Brownie in this version not only looks original, but also tastes great! You already know about my weakness for experiments. ;) I love all experiments with its combinations and new flavours that arise thanks to them. This time I decided to enrich it with the addition of Japanese green tea. I mixed the cheese mass irregularly with the chocolate mass, thanks to which a fanciful pattern was created. :) Matcha tea is one of my favourite additions lately - it is very healthy and colours the dough nicely. :)‍
