250gram g/f self-raising flour
250gram plain flour (You can use only plain flour and add 1tsp baking powder),
Water (as much as needed for right consistency),
2tbs lemon juice,
1tbs psyllium husk dissolved in warm water.
1.Mix flour, lemon juice and water together
2.Add as much water as is needed to reach a thicker, smooth consistency (amount of water depend on flour you use)
3.Next, dissolve psyllium in warm water by energetically stirring it, add while still loose ,not stiff (this is important)
4.Mix all together
5.Season fish with salt and pepper
6.Coat both sides of fish with g/f flour then deep in the batter
7.Fry in preheated deep vegetable oil
8.Fry on medium flame on each side until they will reach a golden colour.
