2 cups G/F flour
0.75 cup oil
0.75 cups melted margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts
1 kg apples
Beat egg whites,
Slowly add sugar while beating
Add one egg yolk at a time while whisking.
Pour oil and cooled margarine. Keep slowly whisking
Sieve flour, then cocoa, cinnamon, soda.
Add diced apples and walnuts, stir gently to mix it evenly
Lay on greased and lined with a paper baking tray.
Bake in 190`C for 45 minutes (depends on oven)
